1. Do I need a permit to erect my building ? ~~~ In most instances a permit is not required due to the buildings temporary nature... Because the buildings are not permanent and can be moved easily... However it is always best to check your local regulations prior to purchase...
2. How much snow can my building withstand ? ~~~ King Shelters are very sturdy and capable of withstanding winter months in heavy snowfall areas... Most snow easily falls off the smooth surface of the covers by itself but suggest removing snow so it does not become a ice build-up...... If it builds up you can easily tap the inside ceiling to remove the build up... If you will not be able to attend to buildup extra additional supports are recommend...
3. What keeps my building from blowing away ? ~~~ King Shelters use a drive in type, torpedo style, engineered anchor system... Each anchor is rated for 1200 pound pull driven in at 2 1/2 ' and secured to each pole with u-bolts... There are anchors for each of the upright poles both sides...
4. Will the sun effect my buildings life span ? ~~~ The 10 oz. 24 mil thick cover material comes with a exclusive one year warranty... Covers last a average of 7 - 10 years up all year depending on the amount of UV...
5. How difficult is it to build my building ?  ~~~  Most King Shelters can be assembled with simple tools in a few hours... No special tools required...  On the bigger buildings it is easier with two people... All required hardware and detailed instructions are included... If you need help we are only a 888-458-3390 phone call away...
6. Can I move my building after I build it ? ~~~ Buildings can be easily moved later but there is no way to pull the anchors back out without digging a hole... Anchors are available separately, as well as any parts, including the cover and doors...
7. Do I need to pay property tax on my building ? ~~~ Do to the temporary nature of the King Shelter buildings, you will most likely not have to pay taxes... Check with your local assessor's office... 
8. How much wind will my building take ? ~~~ Because we use the engineered 1200 lb torpedo type drive in anchor, which is twice what others are using. 600 lb screw in style, which may or may not go in to full depth... Plus the use of carriage bolts verses self tapping screws to secure cross braces and the fact our doors go over end pipes and than tighten with turn buckles, makes this a very secure building in high winds... More anchors can be added...
9. What color are the buildings ? ~~~ All buildings come in forest green and grey... These are the most popular and blend in very well... Tan is available on the 12x20x8 garages... All buildings have bright white interior...
10. How strong are the buildings and what are the frames made of ? ~~~ King Shelters uses only all structural steel tubing that is galvanized to prevent it from ageing and rusting...The frame is pretreated and bolts together with 3/8 stainless steel carriage bolts... Depending on size of shelter, we either use 1 5/8 or 2 3/8 diameter galvanized steel tubing...
11. How do you ship ? How long does it take ? ~~~ We ship by truck... You will need two people to unload from truck or a fork truck... Each box weighs about 100 pounds... Depending where you are in the USA it generally takes 7 - 10 days... If building is in stock it goes out within 48 hours... It is shipped out from the East coast... Remember the trucker is only responsibility is to get it to the truck edge... He will not help...
12. Warranty... Comes with 5 year replacement parts with normal wear, not punctures from tree limbs or abuse...
13. Will I be able to buy replacement parts ? ~~~ King Shelter sells all replacement parts for all shelters and garages...

15. What payment do you accept ? ~~~ We accept MC, Visa, AmEx, Discover, Personal Checks at business with approval by Air Checks... Personal or Busines checks over phone by Check Writer, fax or e-mail and made by Check Writer for deposit... {Bank checks, Money Orders a four week wait. Sorry to much fraud} Pay-Pal and Cash...

• Warranty... Company backs up there product and will replace  any faulty  parts that do not work, is missing... Shelter has to be installed as printed material furnished with item states...
