Very important which I found out personnally... There are cheaper shelters out there and you get what you pay for... I will try and get a picture of my cheaper round type garage that collapsed in last years snow... This garage does more selling for me after people see the vast difference between the garages...

IMPORTANT NOTES...
- All measurements are width x length x height
- All garages available in forest green & grey... 12x20x8 also in tan... White inside for light reflection... UV protected...
- All RV, 2 & 3 car garages, the poles are 2 3/8 Galvanized... Not 1 5/8 painted thin pipe...
- All garages are 1 5/8 Galvanized pipe... Not 1" painted like others...
- All poles are carrage bolted together as well as all cross braces... Not self tapping screws like others... This adds strength to building...
- Fabric is 10 oz CPAI-84 rated section5 not 8 oz. which don't last...
- Anchors are driven in ground and rated for 1200 lbs each... There is enough for all suppors each side. 12 or 14 depends on garage... Other companies give you 6 screw type anchors rated at 600 lb pull...
- Garages come with doors on both ends with one roll up kit provided... All other companies will charge you extra for this... Drive straight through...
- Garage doors secure over poles and tighten with turn buckels at each end pole... They do not fasten around pipe with plastic tie raps that last only a year or two...
- One full year warrentee from date of purchase...
- Party tents, green houses and mini sheds are 8 oz material...
- Will take two men to unload from truck, or by fork truck... Truck driver will get it to the end only and will not help...
